Felicity jones is an British actress best famous for her portrayal of Jane Hawking. She played Jane Hawking on The Theory of Everything, which was critically acclaimed. Jones has been working in plays, films and television since her 12th birthday. Her professional career began in the Television production The Treasure Seekers. In The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters, a sequel to The Worst Witch. In her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool she played Young Ruth and went on to appear in a variety of films. In films like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she gained notoriety for her character. Her nomination for an Oscar first-time because of her character in the role of wife to Stephen Hawking as a character in The Theory of Everything. Jones as Stephen Hawking's second wife in the biopic, was rewarded with lots of praise from the critics and viewers for the way she depicted her. Inferno was the next film she appeared in that starred Tom Hanks. In the year 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles selected Jones as the British Artist of The Year for her talent and contributions to the cinema.
